Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow additional time during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our Coupons & Promotions for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship to the following states or locations where the sale of vaping products is prohibited or restricted:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@razvape.us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
