Due to the nature of disposable vape products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to the conditions below:

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

  • Send your request to support@razvape.us with your order number and details

Once we verify the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability)

  • A store credit to be used on a future purchase

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests at our sole discretion.

Order Issues or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances (e.g. out-of-stock items or duplicate orders). Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
